Robert T. Mitchell Chief Executive Officer of No Limit Services. Has been in the financial services industry for over fifteen years. During that time, he has served as an integral part in growth and expansion of several credit and debt management companies.
Robert began his career in the United States Navy, before moving to Charlotte, NC, with stints in the District Attorney Office as a Case Analyst; First Union National Bank, in Management services; MBNA/PNC Bank, in Specialty Collections; United Mortgage & Loan Investment Corp as Foreclosure Facilitator.
In 2000 Robert moved to Virginia to accept a position with Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA) one of the nation's largest debt management companies working in PRA's Norfolk office.
In 2003 Robert was transferred to PRA's Hampton Location. He helped launched the companies Hampton Regional Office (HRO).
There he was promoted to Team Leader. In that position, he supervised a call center team and was responsible for their training and performance, he also was responsible for ensuring that all FDCPA laws, both federal and state, were followed and employees had the tools needed to succeed.
While at PRA, the company grew from just one location to a nation-wide organization, recording triple and quadruple growth year after year and successfully launching an IPO in 2002.
Using his success and industry knowledge, Robert started No Limit Services operating out of his home office, but the new business flourished and is now not only one of the fastest growing companies in Virginia and a rising national leader in debt management.
